Stephanie is a Registered Psychologist, based at Thrive Psychology in Albury. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (La Trobe University), a Diploma in Community Services (Alcohol, Other Drugs and Mental Health; Federation Training), a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science (Bond University), Masters in Professional Psychology (The University of New England), and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Stephanie draws from a variety of evidence-based treatment models to help others achieve their therapy goals including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness. Stephanie has a strong interest in psychometric testing and is able to provide a range of cognitive and functional assessments.
Stephanie provides psychological assessment and intervention to adults, adolescents and children experiencing a diverse range of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, stress management, relaxation, and other areas of people’s lives. Stephanie believes in a holistic approach to treating psychological problems and is interested in helping others improve their wellbeing, resilience, create a life worth living, and she loves animals.
